NORTH DAKOTA – President Joe Biden approves federal disaster assistance because of western North Dakota wildfires.
Public assistance money is available to state.. tribal.. and local governments and some non-profits on a cost sharing basis for emergency work.. repair and replacement of facilities damaged in McKenzie and Williams counties on October 5th and 6th.
Funding is also available for hazard mitigation measures.
