EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. – Several people are displaced after a house catches fire in East Grand Forks.
Fire crews were called Thursday morning to the 500 block of 3rd Avenue Northeast. They found a small fire in the attic and quickly put it out.
Officials say the fire damage was contained to one room while the rest of the house has some smoke damage. Investigators believe the fire was caused by faulty wiring.
The Red Cross is helping those who are displaced.
