(FARGO, ND) – A change of plea hearing is set for a former NDSU football player who pled not guilty on four felony charges related to a September 2024 incident.
When officers arrived at the scene of the incident on September 8, their investigation showed that individuals attending a house party had engaged in an argument outside of the residence. That argument resulted in a gunshot, by Jaiden Pickett, being fired into the residence. Investigation further showed that no one was injured as a result of that gun fire.
According to publicly available court records, Pickett’s change of plea hearing is set for 9 a.m. in Cass County District Court.
