(Fargo, ND) — Four Fargo businesses are being hit with fines after failing tobacco compliance checks.
Fargo Cass Public Health announced the four stores were caught selling tobacco products to minors.
Casey’s on 10th St. N. received its second fail in one year, and will have its tobacco license suspended for three days on top of a 500-dollar fine. The other three businesses received their first fail in a year and were placed on probation in addition to the fine.
