GoFundMe set up for man electrocuted near Argusville, N.D.

ARGUSVILLE, N.D. – A GoFundMe looks to raise $25,000 for a worker electrocuted on the job near Argusville, North Dakota last week.

The fundraiser page says Chris Stark has had to have multiple surgeries including having his right hand amputated and has “extensive burns throughout his body” requiring skin grafts, a broken hip an scapula and a fractured lower spine.

The GoFundMe says Stark was told by the electric company in charge of the job site he was working on that the utility lines were deenergized. He was electrocuted when he went to grab the wire as an excavator dug it up.
