GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The Grand Forks 911 dispatch center director is abruptly departing the position.
Mayor Brandon Bochenski says Shannon LaHaise accepted a mutual separation agreement and the Grand Forks Fire Department will take the lead until the arrangement is permanent.
The news comes during a staffing shortage at the center while Bochenski says other needs were not fully met under LaHaise’s direction.
