ORIGINAL STORY: (GRAND FORKS, ND) – Grand Forks Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man.
Police say 80-year-old Howard Washburn was last seen driving a 2011 Chevrolet HHR with North Dakota license plates 239 AEJ, and did not return after a shopping trip. He has memory issues. The vehicle is gray in color.
