Grand Forks Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Meth Possession

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A Grand Forks woman faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of felony meth possession within 300 feet of a school.

Tara Garza has pleaded not guilty.

She was arrested last month after she was captured on video allegedly making a drug deal about 165 feet from Lewis and Clark Elementary School.
