(WASHINGTON, DC) – Senator John Hoeven is urging colleagues in the United States Senate to confirm Christopher Wright as the Secretary of Energy.
He spoke about the nominee on the Senate Floor Monday afternoon.
“Mr. Wright has demonstrated tremendous leadership in the energy industry,” Hoeven said. “He’s a true pioneer in advancing new technologies that unlock the shale energy revolution in our country.”
The Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Energy, Wright is President Donald Trump’s nominee to lead the U.S. Department of Energy.
