(AYR, ND) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is reviewing circumstances surrounding a work-related injury at the elevator in Ayr.
Cass County deputies, Page Ambulance, Page Fire and Sanford AirMed responded to a work-related injury, reported as an employee had fallen from one of the rail cars at the facility. When deputies arrived on scene, the individual had already been transported to Fargo by Sanford AirMed.
The investigation is in conjunction with Burlington Northern Santa Fe and the North Dakota Occupational Safety and Health Administration office.
No information is available regarding the patient’s condition.
