Fargo School Board candidate aims to advocate for parents: “you can talk to me and get a response”

(Fargo, ND) — Fargo School Board candidate Paul Mohror says he will advocate for parents, and listen to them, if elected.

“My two kids did graduate from Fargo North. They got an excellent public school education and so now I want to be the parent who comes back and says hey, I am here so that you can talk to me and get a response,” said Mohror.

Mohror is one of four candidates running for the board who have been endorsed by the Fargo Education Association.

All of the eight other candidates running for school board say they oppose the idea of posting the ten commandments in classrooms.

Asked if supported the idea, Mohror said “maybe”.

He made the comments while appearing in a candidate’s debate hosted by WDAY Radio Now.
