(GRAND FORKS, ND) – No one was injured when a malfunctioning fan caused a fire at a Grand Forks hotel.
Authorities were called to the 1000 block of North 42nd Street. When they arrived on scene, a full alarm call was sent out. Further investigation shows that a bathroom fan ignited the fire, which was quickly extinguished and limited to a single unit, which was unoccupied at the time.
Grand Forks firefighters were assisted by Grand Forks Police.
