VALLEY CITY, N.D. – Two officers were assaulted in Valley City Tuesday night while arresting a man on a felony terrorizing warrant.
The Valley City Police Officer and State Trooper suffered minor injuries.
Forty-eight-year-old David Compson of Valley City was arrested on the warrant and faces additional charges of two counts of assault on a peace officer and resisting arrest.
