FARGO, N.D. – A man is facing charges for allegedly attacking a woman in Fargo.
Court records reveal Fidele Ndaruhutse asked a woman for a ride last month and forced her to park before he undressed and demanded she perform sexual acts on him. The woman fought back and the man grabbed her purse before leaving the vehicle.
Ndaruhutse has been charged with gross sexual imposition and robbery with a dangerous weapon. He’s also accused of stealing a phone from a Fargo high school student in October.
