Mitchell burglary charges headed to trial

(DETROIT LAKES, MINN) — Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell is headed to trial in Becker County.

She’s charged with first degree burglary for an alleged break-in at her stepmom’s Detroit Lakes home.

Jury selection is set for January 27.
