SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Leaders have reached a power sharing agreement ahead of the next session of the Minnesota House.
It will put co chairs from the Republican and DFL parties in charge of all legislative committees. Each House committee will also have an equal number of DFL and Republican members.
Each party is expected to have 67 seats during the upcoming session, though recounts for seats in the St. Cloud and Shakopee areas are underway.
