MOORHEAD, Minn. – If you need to go to Moorhead City Hall offices, you will have to go to a new location starting Friday, October 18 as construction to Moorhead Center Mall continues.
The offices of community development, engineering, city clerk, information technology, prosecution, finance, human resources and administration are temporarily moving to the Frederick-Martin Center at 403 Center Avenue. The building used to be a U.S. Bank.
Moorhead Public Service will open at 2901 South Frontage Road Suite 2 and the new Department of Motor Vehicles location will open at 3300 15th Avenue North on Monday, October 21. The MPS location also includes an after-hours drop box.
Downtown Chiropractic, Moorhead Vision Associates, His Hair Salon and Sharon’s Hair & Massage will continue to be open at the mall.
