ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man is arrested after he entered an unlocked home in Rochester naked and said he needed to use the bathroom.
Police say 29-year-old Brody Weinmann was not making sense and appeared to be high. Investigators found his pickup on top of a guardrail at a nearby intersection.
Weinmann was checked out by doctors before being jailed on charges of burglary, DWI and indecent exposure.
