Virginia Senator Mark Warner is trying to assemble a group of Democratic senators to ask President Biden to exit the race after his faltering debate performance. The Washington Post claims Warner has told his Democratic colleagues he’s concerned Biden can no longer run a campaign that could beat former President Trump.
NBC News is reporting House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries will convene a virtual meeting with Democrats on Sunday that’s expected to focus on Biden.
