BISMARCK, N.D. – The director of North Dakota Children and Family Services is being charged with stalking.
Cory Pedersen is accused of stalking an ex-girlfriend who claims he tried to contact her 125 times during a 10-week period.
Court documents say Pedersen worked closely with the woman and served on the same homeowner’s association. She was granted a domestic violence protection order on October 7th, but Pedersen was arrested for violating it the next day.
