NEW ENGLAND, N.D. – Two 18-year-old New England High School students are being charged with setting a student on fire.
Daniel Dewall and Jaren Rafferty face endangering by fire or explosion and aggravated assault charges.
The incident happened last December.
The victim’s identity has not been released and there is no word on their condition.
