North Dakota boasts $3.08 per gallon gas price

(Undated) — Gas prices are down throughout most of the U.S., and North Dakota is toeing the line. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell yesterday in the Bismarck State to $3.08. The national average is at $3.14 a gallon, down four cents from last week. Texas now has the lowest average gas price in the nation at $2.70 a gallon. California remains the highest at $4.60.
