North Dakota, other states granted injunction in student loan forgiveness case

(MISSOURI) — A Missouri court has granted an injunction for Republican-led states in the student loan forgiveness case involving the Department of Education under the Biden Administration. A spokeswoman with the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office says the state was notified Thursday afternoon that the court had granted the injunction. The case was transferred to Missouri late on Wednesday and states filed for an injunction in the new court on Thursday morning.

The execution of Biden’s plans is on hold for now in North Dakota.
