(BISMARCK, ND) — The North Dakota Republican Party will be searching for a new Executive Director.
Andrew Nyhus confirms to Flag Family Media News that he has submitted his resignation to chairwoman Sandra Sanford. He called it an ‘amicable separation.’
“It’s been an awesome privilege and an honor to serve the party,” he said when reached Wednesday night.
Nyhus says he has joined a contract with American Federation for Children, but will find ways to stay involved in politics.
“I’ll find ways to support the party in the future,” he said.
Flag Family Media News has reached out to Sanford for comment. We have not heard back as of the time of this report.
