(FARGO, ND) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a traffic stop Wednesday on I-94 was the result of a reckless vehicle.
Captain Bryan Niewind says a PIT maneuver was conducted on the vehicle, along with a felony stop. The driver, who has not been identified, was detained and found to be having mental health issues.
No charges have been filed.
