GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. – Seventeen planes and 800 personnel are being transferred to Grand Forks Air Force Base from Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota.
The Air Force says it’s a temporary move to accommodate runway construction at Ellsworth.
The transfer of B-1B Lancers and personnel should begin this month and last about 10 months.
