(STATEWIDE) – The race between incumbent North Dakota United States Senator Kevin Cramer and challenger Katrina Christiansen appears to be a tight race, according to polling data from 538.
The poll, conducted by the firm Lake Research Partners, polled a group of 500 likely voters between July 28 and August 2. The poll, which was paid for by Christiansen, showed Cramer with a 13-point advantage over his challenger.
Previous polling showed the gap much larger.
A poll conducted by Public Opinion Strategies, polled a group of 500 likely voters between June 15 and 19. That poll found Cramer with a 37-percent advantage over Christiansen.
The two will face each other in the November general election.
