(Pierre, SD) — Governor Kristi Noem wants to strengthen South Dakota’s reputation as the “most pro-Second Amendment state in the nation.”
The governor signed two bills into law on Monday.
SB 39 prohibits a homeowners’ association from restricting firearms or ammunition.
HB 1035 extends the period of renewal for an enhanced permit to carry a concealed pistol.
Governor Noem said, “I will always be proud to stand for the God-given right of every American to keep and bear arms.”
