(Minot, ND) -- A motorist who crashed into a Minot liquor store last fall will spend two years behind bars and pay a $1,100 fine.
Court officials say 24-year-old Jonathan Taylor was behind the wheel when he crashed into Broadway Liquor in October, injuring a 27-year-old clerk. Taylor, who fled the scene, reportedly told arresting officers he was high on mushrooms when the crash occurred. In court, Taylor pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular injury, leaving the scene of an accident and aggravated reckless driving.
After completing his jail sentence, he reportedly will serve three years of supervised probation.
