WATFORD CITY, ND — A Watford City man accused of burning his mother to death inside the bathroom of a home has been ordered to the North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown.
Officials say Scott Beane will receive mental health treatment there to restore competency before his trial.
He’s charged with murder and illegal gun possession.
