MANDAN, MN — A Mandan man who was released on bond after he was arrested for terrorizing with a dangerous weapon is now accused of sexual assault.
Police say 22-year-old Clayton Fischer sexually assaulted an underage girl. He’s charged with gross sexual imposition.
Fischer was arrested and charged in March after he allegedly threatened people with a gun at a motel.
