(Washington, DC) — Minnesota Governor Tim Walz will be in Washington, D.C. today for a meeting with President Joe Biden.
Members of the Democratic Governor’s Association will meet with Biden at the White House.
Biden is working to reassure Democrats that he is fit to be a candidate following a weak performance in last week’s presidential debate.
Walz is the president of the governor’s association and will be one of several governors who will meet with Biden in person today.
Walz supported the President following the debate, but other Democrats have expressed doubts about Biden’s health and mental fitness.
