(FARGO, ND) – Some tense moments Thursday night in the 300 block of 4th Street South in Fargo.
First responders rushed to the area on a report of a person in the Red River at that area. They arrived and determined the report to be unfounded.
An observer reported that they saw a male fall into the river. It was later determined they thought he fell into the river because they could no longer see him. The male was located; no one was found in the river.
