FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Police arrest a second suspect in connection to a December 4, 2024 deadly shooting.
Twenty-four-year-old Patrick Martin, Junior of Chicago faces murder and conspiracy to commit robbery. When he was arrested on those charges, he was already at the Cass County Jail on unrelated charges.
The shooting happened at an apartment in the 4500 block of 47th Street South. The victim, Rahsaan Wilson, was taken to the hospital where he died.
The other man arrested in the case, 30-year-old Steven Burrell of Fargo, was found in Dubuque, Iowa December 5. He was extradited to Louisiana on other charges. North Dakota officials say they don’t know when he may come to the state to face charges.
