(BINFORD, ND) – A standoff has ended peacefully with one person arrested this morning in Griggs County.
The sheriff’s office says the original call was for a disturbance involving a single individual in Binford. Law enforcement and the individual engaged in a standoff for a short period of time, before the individual surrendered to law enforcement.
He was taken into custody without incident and no injuries were reported.
The Griggs County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by deputies from Foster, Eddy and Steele Counties, along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
