(GRAND FORKS, ND) – One person is displaced after a Grand Forks home fire.
Grand Forks Firefighters, along with Grand Forks Police, Altru Ambulance, Xcel Energy and the American Red Cross responded to a structure fire in the 5000 block of 5th Avenue North. They arrived to find smoke and fire coming from a residential home. Firefighting efforts were needed both on the interior and exterior of the home to extinguish the fire.
Extensive damage occurred to the home. The fire is under investigation.
