The Moorehead City Council will hold a hearing October 19 to take a look at a proposal that would establish a restaurant and pickleball complex in the city. Norcaster LLC of Maple Grove, Minnesota is asking for tax incentives that would go towards building a full-service restaurant and event center where Family Fare used to be located. The combo of restaurant and pickleball court will be called Courts & Pints.
