CHRISTINE, ND – A Dickinson teenager was hurt when the pickup he was driving rear-ended a semi on I-29 in Richland County. It happened around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, about a mile south of Christine.
The State Patrol says Tyson Schneider, 18, was taken to the hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries. The driver of the semi was not hurt and is not facing any charges. Troopers say Schneider failed to see that the semi was traveling at a slower speed when he rear-ended it.
The crash remains under investigation.
