PEMBINA, N.D. – The Border Patrol says it apprehended 10 Romanian citizens who entered the U.S. illegally near Pembina.
Border agents pulled over a truck just south of the Canadian border after imaging technology spotted eight people hiding inside the vehicle.
The same day, federal agents apprehended two more Romanians who were found hiding near the Canadian border.
All ten were placed into removal proceedings.
