BISMARCK, ND — A Minot man is in custody after police say he assaulted three officers in Bismarck last Thursday.
Officers say they found Donnie Lee unresponsive in a parked car that had drug paraphernalia and gun ammo visible inside. When officers woke Lee up, he reportedly became violent and began kicking, biting, and spitting on the group of officers.
Police also determined the car he was in was reported stolen out of Minot, and Lee was arrested on multiple felony charges.
