MOORHEAD, Minn. – There will be three new faces on the Moorhead City Council.
Nicole Mattson defeated Council Member Matthew Gilbertson in Ward 1 by 55 votes, Emily Moore defeated Benjamin Hammer and Kassandra Sofferman in Ward 2, Lisa Borgen defeated Noelle Harden in Ward 3 and Council Member Sebastian McDougall defeated Zak Amin in Ward 4.
