(MOORHEAD, MINN.) — The Minnesota State University Moorhead says a student has been found dead on campus.
“We’re deeply saddened by the death of a student,” AVP of Communications and University Relations Kirsten Jensen said in a statement. “Because it was an unattended death, we aren’t able to comment further until the investigation is complete.”
Moorhead Police Captain Deric Swenson says there was no obvious cause of death and the department is waiting for results of the autopsy that is being conducted by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office.
