MINNESOTA – Minnesota home care workers are agreeing to a new contract.
SEIU Healthcare announces the deal would increase wages and benefits. The deal also involves the creation of a retirement contribution program.
The contract now must be ratified by workers and the Legislature.
A majority of the union workers care for seniors and people with disabilities living in their homes.
