(GRAND FORKS) – Officials with the University of North Dakota have confirmed receipt of a formal Title IX complaint.
Spokesman Dave Dodds tells WDAY Radio that it’s in relation to the UND soccer program, and that the University “does not typically release records and information nor make public comments regarding Title IX matters. Title IX records and associated information are considered either exempt or confidential from public disclosure.”
