Interview with woman from scene of shooting
5:00 p.m. UPDATE: Fargo Police say a victim was found with serious, life-threatening injuries resulting from a firearm, according to Criminal Investigations Division Captain Bill Ahlfeldt. The victim was transported to a local healthcare facility and is currently receiving medical care.
2:10 p.m. UPDATE: The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force are going into the next door building at the scene, which is at 4536 47th Street South in Fargo. An ambulance is also on the scene, according to our reporter on scene.
UPDATE: A woman living nearby says she heard sirens at the scene, and saw police rush into a building. Later, she saw a person put into an ambulance.
She says she hears police activity often in the area, and says she doesn’t always feel safe living there.
“I swear, almost every other day, there’s activity,” the woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, said.
