If you want to know more about the North Dakota ballot initiatives, you can attend a virtual event that can help you out. The Prairie Action North Dakota Institute will hold an event Saturday morning at 10 a.m. via Zoom. This event will focus on ballot measures 2, 4, and 5.
Measure 2 would reform the process for voter-initiated measures to change the state constitution. Measure 4 would abolish property taxes based on assessed value. Measure 5 would legalize recreational marijuana for adults.
The event also will discuss a sales tax measure on the Fargo ballot related to funding police and fire departments.
