UPDATE: Moorhead Public Service tells Flag Family Media the break involves a private building’s water service near Center Ave and 9th St N which is close to 1st Avenue North.
MPS says a contractor will need to be hired by the owner to repair it.
No other businesses or residents are impacted.

MOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) – A water main break on 1st Avenue North in Moorhead won’t affect the nearby underpass construction on 11th Street according to city workers.
1st Avenue North has signs that say “All State Traffic,” blocking any traffic heading towards the flooded area. City workers were seen working on the water main break.
A Valley News Live reporter reached out to city workers for comment on the flooded area and one worker said, “It’s just your typical water main break.”
