WEST FARGO, ND — A West Fargo man was arrested for threatening a staff member of Westside Elementary School Tuesday morning.
48-year old James Arneson is facing a terrorizing charge. Police were called to the school just after 8 a.m. after a man on a bicycle made the threats. The school was placed under “secure school protocol” for 24 hours following the incident.
Police say there is no ongoing threat to the school or the public.
