(WEST FARGO, ND) — A West Fargo man is facing felony charges following a structure fire.
The West Fargo Fire Department responded to a structure fire in the 800 block of 1st Avenue East. When crews arrived on scene, smoke and flames were visible from the shed which was in close proximity to the residential structure. As a result of an investigation, 39-year-old Jose Rodriguez was arrested on felony charges of arson, terrorizing, criminal mischief and domestic violence assault – bodily injury.
The investigation is ongoing.
