FARGO, N.D. – A Texas woman faces charges for allegedly having sex with a Fargo teenager.
The incident was first reported to police last December, when the teen’s guardian said she had an audio recording of 30-year-old Melanie Atkinsvahary admitting to having sex with the boy.
The 16-year-old told police it was only an “emotional relationship,” but court documents show police found nude photos and videos of the couple on Snapchat.
Atkinsvahary has a court hearing scheduled for December 19th.
